CHEESY VEGAN GLUTEN FREE BISCUITS
My Cheesy biscuits are fluffy, buttery, flaky, and ridiculously easy to make!
Ever looked for a gluten free biscuit recipe but wasn't dairy free? And you weren't sure what to substitute?
Well look no further! My cheesy biscuits are here people and they're calling your name!
These biscuits are my weakness. I'm 100% serious. I have always had a soft spot for biscuits. Whenever I'm sad, biscuits. Whenever I'm needing something filling, biscuits. If friends and family are coming over for breakfast, BISCUITS.
I think you get the picture.
I have finally perfected my recipe and it was time to share it will ya'll!!
Trust me, it will not disappoint.
So get going my peeps!

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400
- Whisk together your flour, baking powder, salt and nutritional yeast in medium size bowl.
- Add the coconut oil to the flour and use your hands to combine it all together. You want to make sure there aren't any clumps. (If you don't want to use your hands you can use a fork.
- Melt your vegan butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Pour into mix and combine.
- Add the almond milk to the bowl and stir until a dough starts to form. It will look thick the more you stir which is what you want!
- Take a cookie sheet and pray oil over the pan. Then take your dough and form into a ball with your hands. It should yield 10-12 biscuits
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
