These vegan gluten free waffles are just as delicious as a "regular" waffle, but a little bit healthier and a whole lot tastier!
Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, my Cinnamon Chocolate Waffles are just what you need for that weekend brunch with your family or friends.
8 healthy, clean ingredients, less than 30 mins, and you got yourself some delicious waffles!

Ingredients
2 cups of Pamela's All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
2 cups of Plant Based Milk (I use Oat milk)
2 tbsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp of Maple Syrup
2 tbsp of Cinnamon
1/4 cup of Applesauce
1 cup of Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (I use earth balance)
Optional: Drizzle of Maple Syrup, Strawberries and Powdered Sugar for the toppings)

Preparation
Turn on waffle maker and wait until light turns off.
Get all your dry ingredients into a medium sized bowl and whisk until everything is incorporated. Add in your wet ingredients and whisk until everything is incorporated.
Add your chocolate chips in and stir. (If batter is too thick, add more milk, if batter is too creamy, add more flour)
Using a large scoop or spoon, drop the batter into the waffle maker and press down making sure every hole has batter in it. Close Waffle maker and let cook for 3-5 mins or until it is to your crispy desire :)
