These Reece's Cups are the perfect summer sweet treat and take less than 35 mins to make! &&& They only require TWO ingredients...say what?
Yes, the only two ingredients needed are some vegan chocolate chips and your favorite nut butter! I prefer peanut butter but almond is a close second.
They are rich, creamy, and the perfect bite size treat!
Here are some helpful tips for melting the chocolate + peanut butter
Microwave your chocolate for 45 seconds, stir with spoon, and put it in for another 30 - 45 seconds. Stir until chocolate is completely melted
Microwave peanut butter for 30 seconds until soften
You can store these sweet treats in an airtight container in the fridge

1 bag of Earth Balance Vegan Chocolate Chips
1 cup of Peanut Butter
12 Mini Cupcake Liners

Preparation
Pour chocolate chips into microwave safe bowl and put it in for 2-3 mins. (You want the chocolate to be very smooth).
Repeat with the peanut butter.
Line your muffin pans with liners and pour a teaspoon of chocolate in the bottom. Repeat with the peanut butter by putting it in the center, then the chocolate to top it off.
