Ingredients
3/4 Cup Almond Flour
3/4 Cup Nut Butter
1 Tablespoon Of Vanilla
1/3 Cup Of Chocolate Chips
1/2 Teaspoon Of Coconut Oil

Preparation
In a medium bowl, combine nut butter and vanilla extract. Fold in almond flour and mix until evenly combined.
Form into egg shape and place on cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place the cookies in the freezer for 15 mins.
While cookies are hardening, melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave. Once the cookies have set, remove from freezer and coat each cookie with melted chocolate.
Place back into freezer for 30 mins. These are best kept in fridge or freezer (your preference).
