Perfect snack for snuggling on the couch and watching a movie!
Lately I've been craving popcorn! But being a college student I couldn't keep buying bags of popcorn. $$$$
It's just too expensive compared to making it yourself at home.
I also prefer making my own popcorn when I go to the movies!

I like making a trail mix ;)
For this cheesy vegan popcorn, we'll be using four ingredients!

Nutritional yeast

Salt
-
Vegan butter
-
Avocado oil
Olive oil would not be good for this recipe because it doesn't have a high smoke point.
Other seasonings you could try:

Cracked pepper and salt

Vegan chocolate chips

Gluten free pretzels

Dried cranberries
- 2 teaspoons avocado oil
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernals
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons vegan butter

Preparation
- In a large pot, add oil and 5 popcorn kernals. Turn the heat to 5.5
- Once the 5 kernals have popped, remove them from the pot and add the rest of the kernals
- Cover the pot and let sit for 1 minute. Then take the pot and shake (10-15 seconds. Place it back on heat
- After a couple minutes, the popcorn will start to pop and you'll want to continue to shake the pot
- Once the popcorn is done it's time to add the cheesiness
- Add in the nutritional yeast and vegan butter. Give it a good toss so each popcorn is coded
