Easy No Bake Protein Balls - Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip to be exact!

Perfect for that pre-workout snack, on the go and needing some fuel, or for that big sweet tooth of yours :)

These protein balls are super easy and I can't wait for you to try them! I made these special for my brothers 23rd birthday. He loves to workout and I wanted to give him something that had clean, healthy ingredients to keep him energized before or after his workouts. It just so happens that the delicious taste of chocolate & peanut butter is a plus ;)

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder - Plant Fusion Chocolate
  • 1 cup of almond flour + 1/4 cup of gluten free flour
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips - Enjoy life dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Place all of your ingredients in a medium sized bowl - after adding in the ingredients, add another tsp of vanilla & pinch of salt.
  2. Mix together till dough starts to form. Use your hands and roll the doll into ball form.
  3. Place on baking sheet and let cool in the fridge for 30 mins.
  4. ENJOY!!!
