Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of almond flour
  • 1/3 cup of chocolate protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon of organic maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons of milk (I used vanilla almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup of vegan chocolate chips (Enjoy Life brand has the best vegan chocolate)

Preparation

  1. Combine your almond flour, protein powder, cacao powder, salt, and chocolate chips into a medium sized bowl. Stir until everything is mixed together.
  2. Add your almond milk and maple syrup and stir until you get the consistency of cookie dough. (Should not be watery)
  3. Using your hands or a scoop, form into small sized balls. About 1-2 inches.
  4. Place on cookie sheet until you have no more dough left.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or in the freezer.
  6. Will last up to four days.
  7. ENJOY!
