Whether you have a big sweet tooth like me or looking for a way to get all your nutrients in, this smoothie is for you! It's super simple with only 9 healthy ingredients and 25 grams of protein. My Reece Peanut Butter Smoothie is the creation you've been looking for!

This Smoothie is rich, creamy and oh so satisfying. Most importantly, it's packed with plant-based protein that will keep you full until dinner!

I have always been a chocolate smoothie type of girl. I am open to trying all different flavors of smoothies, but nothing compares when chocolate is in it.

For me, it's more enjoyable to drink, and I mean come on, who doesn't love having chocolate at 9 or 10am in the morning? Or for lunch, a snack or evening dessert.

Not only is my smoothie packed with tons of protein, it's gut friendly as well.

For awhile I cut back on smoothies because I was on a gut plan that limited most fruits and vegetables to see which ones were causing my IBS to flare up (remember those photos I've posted of my belly flare ups?) I found that I was still able to eat bananas and blueberries so those two are always in my shakes!

Did I mention that it tastes like a Reece Cup? So, if that doesn't convince you to try this drink I don't know what will!

Ingredients

  • Plant-based chocolate milk (I prefer the silk almond)
  • 1 scoop of Plant Fusion chocolate protein powder
  • 1 scoop of Cacao Powder
  • 1 scoop of Greens First (Chocolate)
  • 2 Dates
  • 1/2 of banana
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries (this is optional: I added to make my smoothie more chunkier)
  • Spoonful of peanut butter
  • Optional: some ice for thicker consistency

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a Blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth or thicker whichever is your preference
  2. Enjoy!!!
