Check out my guilt-free creation of this familiar favorite.
ONLY FIVE INGREDIENTS!
A 'regular' Reese's Cup has 14 ingredients, and a lot of them you can't even pronounce.
My five ingredients include almond flour, nut butter, chocolate chips, vanilla and coconut oil.
Perfect for a hot summer day or if you want a quick little bite of something sweet.

- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 3/4 cup Nut Butter
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 1/3 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil

Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine nut butter and vanilla extract. Fold in almond flour and mix until evenly combined.
- Form into cookies and place on cookie sheet with parchmant paper.
- Place the cookies in the freezer for 15 mins.
- While cookies are hardening, melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave.
- Once the cookies have set, remove from feezer and coat each cookie with melted chocolate.
- Place back into freezer for 30 mins.
- Best kept in fridge or freezer (your preference).
- ENJOY!
