ATTENTION CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER LOVERS!!!

These Reece's Cups are the perfect summer sweet treat and take less than 35 mins to make! &&& They only require TWO ingredients...say what?

Yes, the only two ingredients needed are some vegan chocolate chips and your favorite nut butter! I prefer peanut butter but almond is a close second.

They are rich, creamy, and the perfect bite size treat!

Here are some helpful tips for melting the chocolate + peanut butter

  • Microwave your chocolate for 45 seconds, stir with spoon, and put it in for another 30 - 45 seconds. Stir until chocolate is completely melted

  • Microwave peanut butter for 30 seconds until soften

  • You can store these sweet treats in an airtight container in the fridge

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Earth Balance Vegan Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup of Peanut Butter
  • 12 Mini Cupcake Liners

Preparation

  1. Pour chocolate chips into microwave safe bowl and put it in for 2-3 mins. (You want the chocolate to be very smooth).
  2. Repeat with the peanut butter.
  3. Line your muffin pans with liners and pour a teaspoon of chocolate in the bottom. Repeat with the peanut butter by putting it in the center, then the chocolate to top it off.
  4. Place in refrigerator for 20-25 mins.
  5. ENJOY!
